Thanks. Going to install the chip, one last question. Does installing the chip delete any programming or recordings, or do we shut down install chip, power up and everything is still there...

Answered my own question.. Went ahead and swapped chip out, all data and recordings remained. Hopefully this will correct some issues... Thanks
