I am installing my 1stplus100.

I have an 8 port co card but system does not see it. System only recogonizes 1st 3 co lines?

Any Thoughts.

Also any doc on setting up greeting on HD VM ie
procedures

You could try reinitializing it with the card in place.

All the documentation is on the X-Blue website, at least so far. If they just released the 100 HD VM, it may not be there. They will be back on Monday from Xmus vacation.

The 8-Port CO Line Card identifies itself as a "T1". This may require you to change the CO Line type - found in CO Line programming - from T1 to CO Line. This should fix the problem with the 8 Port CO Line Card. The documentation for the hard drive voicemail is actually on the voicemail card, and can be found on the desktop. The hard drive is actually a computer running windows 2000; connect a USB mouse and keyboard and a monitor and you should see the documentation. Also, you may want to speak with Ronnell Reed in XBLUE's Support Department he is very familiar with the hard drive voicemail.

The CO Lines in the 8 port CO Line card in the Xplus100 are numbered 712 through 719, so you must reprogram the line buttons accordingly. My guess is that this will solve the problem; however, if it does not, then you may want to check the “CO Line Type”.
