I've read the other posts similar to this subject and I am still lost. It seems this phone has been retrofitted. I connect the red and green in various places and get dial tone. It is low, but it is there. It does not ring and I cannot dial out. If I call it I can answer it.
I can mail photos or post them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Tantivy, I was racking my brain as to what 3 slot.

You're going to have to find a wiring diagram so you can bypass the coin totalizer. These were ground start so it will take someone who's familiar with them to get it to work for home use.

Sorry for my lack of info. It is a WE 3-slot payphone. I am not sure of the year or model number. There are several numbers in various places. Here is a link to photos.

Try something like this https://www.porticus.org/bell/telephones-payphones-233G.html

Of course, you could always just use the network, dial, and handset to convert it into a standard 500 set, but this looks like more fun.
