Inter-tel Version 8.2
I have a standard CRA that is used in most of my HG's (I have around 50 hunt groups)as an overflow announcement. It had been working successfully in all until yesterday. One HG now makes a high pitch noise when it cuts to play the announcement. I thought the HG somehow became corrupt so I deleted it and created a new one - no luck. I created a new CRA and tried it - no luck.
We have 3 nodes - the CRA's are stored on one node and the HG is on a different node. Several other HG's are set up in this fashion and all work correctly.
I'm baffled, any suggestions would be appreciated.
thanks

Have you checked the recording number that is assigned to the CRA. In DB programming, look at wich recording is assigned to that CRA, then through the Admin mailbox, listen to the recording to see if its corupt.

Thanks for the reply. I actually have the same recording and CRA working within different hunt groups. I did however listen to the recording to see if it was corrupt and it sounded fine.
