Hello all,
I am looking for any information / how-to for setting up SMDR on the Axxess version 4.4
I can't seem to get this to work. Don't know if its my cable, PC, or what.
Does anybody have any info that can get me started on this?

If I had a nickel to bet with, I would put it on the Patriots. My nickel would be on a cable issue. I will send you an email that talks about the wiring of the cable. The other thing you have to do is make sure in DB Programming you have assigned SMDR to the port you are connecting the SMDR device to.
