I'm running v9.0 with unified messaging. When a message is recived in the outlook inbox from the UM server, the caller-id information does not show up. Caller-id is working on the system. If you go under a mailbox in programming, under envelope settings, the options in there are x'ed out. Not sure if this is related.

I'm not for sure. I think you might be on the right trail Did you try and change that perimeter to see if it passes? ------------------ | Need a Telephone | Telephone Installers

what OS are you running on the desktop? which Outlook? do you have rules setup in the inbox to move the message to a new folder, doing this may show the message coming from him not the CID person.
