Does anyone find it odd that if you use the prompts (canned or recorded by you), it plays the Greeting first followed by the Status Message before it rings the phones? I guess I'm use to it trying to ring a phone first and then after a certain amount of time (30 seconds), the Status Message comes on.

What are you working with---a 6X?? Also, what version and what version of the call queing software?
I'll check the system in our shop to see what it does. To tell you the truth, we don't have any customers that have the Queing software programmed. We fooled around with it in our system here a few years ago, but I can't remember how it acted like.

7.1 software allows you to set the welcome prompt to "ring back". If you are running prior to 7.1 then simply delete the call que greeting (not the status greeting)
