Working on a demo system here in my office. I have two questions. One - What ports do i need to open up to allow CCA to access the UC540 from a remote location. Question 2 - Along the same lines - do i have to setup a site-to-site VPN in order to connect remote phones or can i use port forwarding as well. I know the SPA525g has the built in VPN, but what about the SPA504g and the 7975, can I get these to work remotely. Thanks in advance for any replies.

A VPN connection should be used to connect via CCA remotely, same goes for connection of your remote end points.
good players practice till' they get it right…great players practice till' they never get it wrong
