We're looking seriously at picking up this product line.
Does anyone have any input? Pros/Cons?
Everything I've seen is just fabulous, all of my questions have been answered expertly by my rep.
I just want to make sure the water is warm before I jump in.

As I understand Shoretel is being sued by Mitel for copyright infringements

they have an issue with licenses being for one year terms on some software modules.
look into it well.
I have had a few of our IVRs installed to them, seem reliable as far as VoIP goes, but the costs (long term) need full investigation.

Tylerpd1, What do you want to know about Shoretel? The reporting is weak and their call center apps are behind their competitors, but other then that, they have a very strong product.
