Hi All,
I just found this site today while doing some online research on Voip telephone systems.
My company is currently a Mitel dealer, we are looking into picking up the Shoretel product also. Anyone have experience in both systems? Pro's and con's?

First, let me be the first to welcome you Bob.
There is a boat load of discussion about this and many other VOIP systems in this forum. At the upper-right hand corner of this screen, click on "Search" and then simply type in Shoretel. You will get a bunch of information, good, bad and indifferent.
