Does anyone here sell Shoretel? If so I am just curious what a system with 6 lines and 6 actual phones would run, just the EQ. We just lost a bid to them and we are being told that it was over 1/2 less than all other bids. In my area, it has been my experience that they are much more, almost double. I'm know we are not supposed to discuss pricing, but this is a customer we have been working with for sometime. I don't want to see them get rooked and don't really want to loose the account.

I just googled "shoretel price" and found what you were looking for.

Duh I guess I could have thought of that one. It was pretty early and I hadn't had my coffee.

Our office sold one, be careful about the low price...they don't tell you about all the extra licenses..that definatly add up quick.

My experience has been the same as yours...it is typically more expensive than most other options...


I had a salesman who left and went to a Nortel and Shoretel dealer....he periodically gives me leads on deals that he is out of because Shoretel is too pricey.

Generally, we (Avaya Business Partner) are happy when bidding against Shoretel and Cisco, because they are soo much higher in price than us....
