For you Shoretel folks out there, I have just finished upgrade our third customer to 10.1 and to my surprise it seems pretty stable. The only issue seems to be issue with users shutting down their PC with the PCM client open. Won't shut down 75 % of the time, you have to close the PCM client before shutting your PC down for the day.
Anyone else running 10.1??

I find any program that keeps windows from shutting down very annoying. In a hurry I often hit shutdown on my laptop and find a dead battery when I power it on later.I usually don't run PCM on the laptop but making a general coment about these programs
Our office still runs 9.1. I asked about upgrading but I guess they did not feel it was stable enough.

I found out that it is a known issue and ST is working on a fix. Its only with XP.
