I just acquired a shoregear 60/12 rack mountable unit and I cant seem to get it up and working. Anybody here at the board could help me configure and setup this unit to work with any shoretel phones? Do I need extra equipment or software to get this up and running? In exchange, we will offer free equipment repair to anyone who could set this up for us. thanks

As royb said you need a server(can be VM) to run the ST software. Once you have that you can easliy add the 60/12 switch and you will have a functioning system. Do you have a server with the software loaded?? You don't need anything else for the switch, it gets its firmware from the server once you add the switch to the network and configure the switch in the management interface on the server.
