So customer wants a international number programmed and the system won't accept anything past 011. Editor shows the full number but the speed bin only takes 011. What am I missing?

I guess the obivous questions are:
Have you tried inputing the speed bin manually?
Can the station dial the number manually?

I programmed it to a personal speed bin! Have many long distance and local all in system speed and all setup with speed editor!

Sounds like you found a bug. What software version is the KSU? I tried it on a 3.5 in the lab and it appears to have taken, but I don't have line to test it on.

It was 3 and just bumped it to 3.5 yesterday. This KSU has given me problems and it's 3 months old!
