Please help with this dinosaur of a system. I struggle with the Axxent.

I have a user who's phone will not ring-in anymore, or unable to pick up a call coming from outside of the office.

It is suppose to ring to User A, which it does and if it doesn't get picked up, ring to User B, which it does not. Instead it goes to VM.

There is a hunt group call ring-in which all users are apart of. The re-call is set to the night greeting. Seeing this I would think all of the phones should ring.

I did originally program this thus the confusion.

Thanks
Troy

If it rings into the Hunt Group, check the members and make sure both are listed there. If the ring in is to the first ext, then it forwards to the second extension, check either the forward path or that forwarding (354) has not been turned off from the first ext.

Thanks for the quick reply

Yes they are in the members list in the correct order. Where do I check on the forwarding? and/or the (354) is still on?

Thx!

Make sure the HG is set up for Linear, and the timer for NO Answer Advance is less than the recall timer. If those are ok, go to second phone, and if needed dial the SPCL key (sidewise 8) and dial 323 if it says it accepts HG calls thats all you need to do and it should work.
