I have been in the cabling business for about 11 years now starting in 1994. First few years was good. However since 1998 business has been sluggish due generally to economic recession which leads to very stiff competition & pricing. How can we improve business in this situation? Our core business is mainly Data & Voice structured cabling but have also added electrical & other types of cabling services. Hope for some advise. Thank you.
