I am having issues with a SBX system that I cannot get to back out of a station's voicemail by pressing 0. The client would like caller to enter an Auto Attendant as soon as they call, the would then make a selection via CCR and be routed to the station, if they reach the station's voicemail the client wants the caller to have the ability to press 0 and back up to the CCR Menu and AA Greeting. Please Help.

I believe you need to setup an Attendant station for the intercom tenancy group, PGM 120.

No unfortunately that was not it. The feature worked on the system prior to an upgrade to 3.5, system and Voicemail prompts, the feature will not work. I am completely lost. Even if I have to start from scratch, any ideas will be appreciated.

You're right. I tried it on a test system. Have you called Tech Support?

I spent over 4 hours on and off with tech support yesterday and they could not correct it yet, I am trying again with them tomorrow. Does that feature work on any of your systems?

I only have a 3.5 to play with. I noticed that it does work internally. If you call another extension and get vm, you can 0 out to the operator. Good luck and please let us know what they come up with.

I think the problem is zeroing out to an AA CCR greeting. I believe callers can zero out to the operator, unlike on the MBX.

I downgraded my bench SBX to 1.0, then did a complete upgrade to 3.5Aw. I then uploaded they old customer database and the 0 feature worked. I am just please that the issue is resolved. Now the customer wants to know is there are any ways around the cumbersome upgraded Voicemail prompts, they are too slow for their liking? Any Ideas?

Thanks for the update!
Not sure what to say about the voice-mail prompts. Never had a problem with them. What do you mean by too slow? She talks to much, or it the AA is sluggish after you press a key?
