We have a customer using DISA to change their forwarding from an outside phone. (System is Axxess 9.002) We have to go into the specific extensions and set the station password to match the extension or what ever the user's choice of PW is. We can't find any sort of documentation that tells us what the default PW is for extensions, but it is not the extension nor is it nothing. Remote programming will not work without having the password. Anyone had experiences with this that can shed some light?

I don't believe there is a password by default. If you're not concerned about people messing with each others phone, you could copy an ext. and paste the password to all stations (all the passwords would be the same.)

Thanks for the reply. We did find out that you can't just use a # for no password, like you can with a VM password. Using copy is a great idea. Thanks again.
