i cant fine any way to raise the ring volume on the system phones other than vol up when a call is ringing in. i found a code for sl sets. is there a code for the sts sets. thanks dave

You found a code to make a SLT ring louder? That is not possible.
No other way on the digital phones that I'm aware of.

i couldnt find anything either. acording to the manual a slt volume can be changed by using flash 638 and dial 0 to 9. im not sure if its speaker, hs, or ringing. i havnt actually tried this. dave

638 is for handset volume only. It has to be set for both internal and external calls after doing a hook flash while the call is in progress.
