OK, here's the deal...I know nothing about intertel!! I haven't even been on site. My brother works for a company that has an intertel system and they need to reset a voice mail box. The person is no longer there and they want to be able to use it for someone else.
Can anyone help?? I can't even give you a version or anything, sorry. My brother has looked for the VM and said he found a monitor and keyboard that said intertel on it but that' s all he knows.
