I have an Executone 648 with an Inforstar VX connected. The inforstar VX is being replaced with a VX3. I am having a problem with the In-Band integration. I followed the installation, setup, and integration note to connect the VX3 and double-check the settings. The problem I am having is only the 1st four ports function. The remaining 20 ports will go off-hook then immediately on-hook, and finally back to waiting as observed from the Run screen. If all four ports are busy I get a busy tone until one of the first, four ports become available. I verified that the SLI stations are hunting through all 24 stations. The run screen shows all 24 ports in waiting status. The manual does not show the switch setting on the port cards so I cannot verify if those are set correctly. I take it that they are since the Run screen shows that they are in waiting status.
