Now he bad man! I think that is my question too. Was the installer paid? SBX is open for anyone to sell, but you have to be a Vertical dealer to get support and software. If you contact Vertical, they will give you the name of a local dealer to work with.

No Trust me they were paid Well for there services the problem is they are electricians and really do not want to be phone guys. but the building is in a Bad location for support. about 100 miles form any other "authorized" Rep. so We get kinda stuck. I'm a Rep for a few other systems but Really do not want to become a rep for Vertical for this one Building. I was able to fix all but one issue without the software using the key-set programming and the Card removal. the problem I still have is trying to figure out how to set specific phone to ring in night mode. Thanks for all your Help Guys.

Admin software would be a big help. Does the customer have the cd that came with the system? I suspect that they don't.

Thanks for all your Help Guys. you are probably best getting someone here on the board to do some remote programming for you and get you setup with the software at least. I would hit up Derrick, but be quick, I think he is going AWOL for a bit....

If Derrick is not available I can remote in. I've done about 50 systems so I'm getting pretty good at it.
