Has anyone tried to install the new comdial cards for the MBX to support the old impact phones? I have a customer that is more than unhappy with the SBX phones and this is my last hope!

Let me ask you...why are they unhappy? Depending on the reasons...putting in comdial phones may not help and lots of effort and someones money will have been wasted.

they do not like the speaker quality at all! and they are very use to the impact phones having had them for such a long time. I just got back from the site and now we are going to just put a card in and about 6 phones instead of 32.

^ haha I figured that would be the reason.
They have the legacy cards avail and the older phones don't leave much to desire as far as speaker quality goes so I'd say go for it if it's the deal breaker for them.
We get the complaint all the time but try to get the customer to keep the speaker volume at 7-9, any higher you're going to get lots of clipping.

Good idea to start small. Like the Vodavi 30 button sets...some features may not work the same.
