I am putting a SBX cabinet in tomorrow for a new customer that fried their STSe cabinet(water damage) I was wondering if there were any gotchas I need to look out for, or is the transition pretty smooth? Thanks!

Don't forget that the digital station ports on the KSU use pins 2/5, while the STS phones use pins 3/4. You'll need to make the transition, usually easiest with cross-connects.
Also, the soft keys below the displays won't work.

Well that upgrade went great! Customer was very happy. I have a couple questions, 1. can you change the ring tone on the STSe phones? 2. Can you record the main greeting, and do any system programming from the STSe phone on 100?
thanks

Change the ring tone, change main greeting recording...can't see any reason why not. Programming, that I can't answer. I would just give it a try. I don't use the phone for admin anyway, I use the admin software and a laptop all the time, big system or small one.
