I have my names inputed and when the ccr table picks up I press # to get to my directory then press 1 or 2 doesn't matter first or last when I dial the three digits, I get a no match was found. Anyone have any ideas? Am I missing something.

Do the mailboxes have the names recorded too. You have to record the name in the mailbox from a vm admin phone
