Hey guys, I have setup the option in a CCR on a SBX so a customer can call in and record their greeting remotely. When I tested it tonight it asks for a password, I cannot find that password anywhere. Would I have to set a password on ext 100 in order to record the greetings remotely?

Yes, you have to set an admin password.
