Hey guys,
I setup a pickup group for a customer which has all extensions in it, but when a user is getting a call you press the pickup button and it will not pick up their calls? Has anyone had any issue with this?

In the station group attributes you have to assign the phones to a pick up group under group type. You also have to assign the stations to the same ICM tenancy group in pgm 111 station attributes 1 or pickup will not work. The system should default all stations to group 1.

Group call pickup is feature code is 566

You made sure to turn the pick up attribute to ON for the pickup group under the station group update tool in PCADMIN?

Yes I turned that attribute on for the group.
Now I have two groups would that matter?
I have a ring group with like 6 phones in it. I also have a Pickup group with all phones in it?
Pickup attrib is assigned to both groups.
