Is there any way to have a caller press zero to exit the voicemail and return to the menu yet??

You have to have the new software to get the zero dial and a few other things. It has been a few months since I up dated my MBX customer... it went better than I thought it would. You have to download the new software from Vertical and it is somewhat involved... good luck
