Hello,
I am using Inter-Tel Axxess 5.349 (programming using DB Studio). I need to record greetings for an auto attendant, and have to do this from the system administrator's mailbox. I am new to the company and do not know who/if there is one. How can I tell who is the system admin mailbox? Can I create a new one and if so how?

In programming click on Voice Processor on left side menu and about mid way down on the right hand screen it will show the System Admin Mailbox number. From this you can enter into it from any phone and do your recordings. After entering password, press 9 to enter System Admin. </font> On mine, when I click on the Voice Processor I do not get that on the left hand side. When Voice Processor is selected, on the left hand side I show - App Related Info - Devices - Email Gateway - Fax on Demand - Mailbox Related Info - Mainenance - Networking - Report Parameters - SMDR Buffer - Timers and Limits This is the same as what's on the right hand side too. Right area, but on right hand side of screen you should be showing below Timers and Limits other items and 6 lines down will show System Administrators Mailbox ------------------ Voice and Data Cabling in DFW, [email protected] DnR Communications

</font> I see it now. Thanks! What had happened was my password wasn't a full administrator. Changed that and now it works great.
