Hi guys, I have a Mbx with a PRI that randomly gets echo on calls even though the provider has echo cancellation on.Sometimes the analog port of the system used for faxes reads poor line quality also.Is there anything we can adjust in the Mbx to help. Thanks Pat

when you are using a analog port for a fax, there are some settings you have to make. I am sorry, its been a while, so I cant tell you the exact ones, but I think they are under DN attributes. I remember having this same issue, and I had to call tech support to fix this.

Set fax mode on pgm 123 button 8 and set data security button 6 for each fax extension.
