I have been studying the programming manual and other documents on v-connect prior to installing my first system. I'm confused about how to do the following; 1. During the day incoming calls ring 4 stations (3 or 4 rings) then the AA picks up. 2. At night the AA picks up on the first ring. Sounds easy enough. Anyone have a cheat sheet that lists all the programs affecting the voicemail operation? Thanks

1. - Station hunt group - pgm ringing, then pgm the attributes to overflow and then put in the destination 2. co line list - turn on disa for night mode and enter the prompt number no further is needed.
it's one of the easiest systems to pgm IMO learning curve is just a matter of finding out all the qwirks and what they do.

That says it all. Make notes as you go and make a sample database to start with.
