Hello everyone,
How are you guys setting up an external ringer to ring when a CO is called? To my surprise the documentation allows for the Loud Bell Contact to be only activated upon a "station" being rung, but what about when a CO is called? My dilemma is my site has a loud shop area. There are 2 CO's and 4 stations. I want an external ringer to ring when either of these CO's are rung. Any of these 4 station are used quite frequently, so I don't want to assign one of these stations to be the relay to activate the ringer in case this particular station is busy at the moment a CO is being called, therefore not activating this external ringer. Is what I'm asking even possible? Thanks for your help!

Use a ringer/strobe that uses a station port on the system. Then set it to be in the ring group with the CO's that you want it to ring/flash with. Never done it on an SBX, but have on XTSc and other systems.
