Hello,

I have found that our Inter-Tel Axxess system is licensed for the universal messaging software, but I do not have any documentation and/or CDs for it. How does one get the software itself?

Also, what are it's capabilities?

unified messaging is a standard feature of the NT or W2K VM system. You get 5 trial licenses and depending on your version they allow for different things. It works best with Outlook but will work with any email client really. You can get VM's to your email client. The Outlook integration requires access to DB Studio and a Client and VM Server download. If you do not have Outlook, then you simply need access to DB Studio. Fill out your profile and email me and I may be able to find a manual.
