Not really too good to be true. Its not exactly cell service and not exactly IP phones. Its a mixture of both. Its really a pretty cool concept and tech sites are excited about it. Several things to keep in mind are how often are you around wireless access points? If you spend a large amount of time in wifi areas then this might be a good fit. Another questions is how good is the Sprint coverage in your area? They use the Sprint network so if your Sprint coverage is poor then this may be a bad fit for you.
