Moved this system from one office to another. Booted it up with just the exec phone punched down. Exec phone is getting a major alarm on the display with no ref code. None of the functions work on the phone and the alarm light on the cpu is on. Tried reseating and rebooting the system. Is the CPU card fried?
Thanks, Troy Troy

Is the db error light also on? If so you lost the database and it will need to be re programmed or re loaded into CPU. If db error light not on, then system is not set up correctly. ------------------ Voice and Data Cabling in DFW, [email protected] DnR Communications
