On one of my Inter-Tel phone stations (single line basic phone), my voicemail light does not light up when a VM is received. I have swapped the handset and this is still the case.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I take it you mean a 520.4300, if so check programming to make sure that station is set to show message. Is this an Inter-Tel Axxent or Axxess? ------------------ Voice and Data Cabling in DFW, [email protected] DnR Communications

You may want to check the keymap as well... maybe check to see if it's using the same map as the other phones of the same model.

In voicemail programming, there is an option for which stations MSG lamp to light. Sounds like the culprit to me.
