I have an Axxess 9.002. When entering barge-in feature code, I get the message "cannot access feature". Is there something in the programming that I need to change?

I think you need to be a supervisor of a hunt group with the person you want to steal the call from being a member. I would check that first.

This will happen for a number of reasons. First you must be a supervisor of the hunt group that the call is in. However this is not done by agent ID but by keyset. You can create a keyset extension list and use that to make it easier. The agent that you are trying to monitor must NOT be using a keyset that is a supervisor (sups cannot monitor sups). Also, if you have a recording of the call going on you will not be able to monitor either. You get one or the other...monitor or record.

Thanks for the info, but he was asking a question on barge in and not on monitoring. ------------------ Voice and Data Cabling in DFW, [email protected] DnR Communications
