Have a client with an old DCS w/ a Cadence V 1.1. After all these years they finally need to change their Auto Attendant messages. I got it all done in English... Cant remember how to do it in the second language (Spanish). It is set to go to the second language when you press 2 during 1st greeting..
Any help? I've checked the Administrators Guide and the Manual.
We've got you by the Calls!

Whilst I have never done AA on a cadence, all you should need todo is re-record the spanish aa messages, you should be able to see where these are by looking at where the destination 2 takes you.
