Sounds simple but I have about 8 transaction mailboxes and don't know how to put greetings in them. HELP!

Your best bet is to pay a tech to come out. Find out the 8 transaction boxes are and train you on how to access them.

You'll need to log into the mailbox that "owns" the transaction boxes.

Once in there you choose "lvmsg" and then enter the T-box number. It will then ask you to record the day and night messages for that T-box.

doghart gave you perfect instructions, did you try it?

This sites main goal in the public forum is helping the end users not technicians.

Some of us and I'm one of them were slow in realizing to much technical information is handed out to the public, this free information was not given to us, we paid a price for our technicians to be certified.

He's not listed on NEC's dealer locator and his web site only shows DSX
