Is there a way in the AA conversion table of a Dept. to program one of the one touch to go to another department ??

Send it to a mailbox that is in the other department and maybe change the mailbox type to be a script box?
Just thinking out loud and am not in front of a system.

I tend to use scrip mailboxes as they are more configurable that the department, so I would just put the script mailbox under the conversion table in the AA.
