Great forum you guys have here, did some searching but could not find what I am looking for. I am new to the ComDial arena, all of my experience is in AVAYA.
That being said I have a customer who came to me looking to change the number of rings on their primary HG before going to voicemail. With this as my maiden voyage into the comdial realm I figure I would ask for some help. I have tried changing the "Call Advance Time" but that did nothing, and it looks like that is only for station hunting not for a hunt group. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you mean on there incoming pots lines and then to voicemail? Or is it a PRI?. Need some more details to help you

They have two incoming POTS lines. The call routing goes to a huntgroup, and then to a general mailbox. The number of rings before it hits the mailbox is what I am trying to increase.

in the hunt group adjust overflow timer. that should do it
