Not sure if anyone else has experienced volume fluctuation on these phones on v8.0. When I opened a ticket with AVAYA they told me it was a known issue, and that a patch would be released with 8.1 to resolve the issue. Anyone else experienced this issue?

What I have done to fix this is go to each phone and turn off the auto gain control. to do this press HOME key> Options and Settings> Advanced Options> Auto Gain Control. Each time the system reboots it will turn it back on.
