Hi all,
We want to create a group for each department and add those extension to each group. We don't need to do anything special as far as call routing or anything else. We just want to be able to export each group and get a list of which phone extension is active in each department.
This changes over time and we need to be able to do an audit on the departments phone extensions.
Anyone have any idea's on how I can do this as simple as we can.
We are using 1 Axxess(version 11.010) and some 5000's with the latest software.
