I am trying to configure the Shoretel Mobilty router on our Avaya CM 5.2.1 system using an Avaya SES. At this point I am able to get an extension on the Mobility router to register with the SES and even receive calls. I am not able to make outgoing calls using the test dialer on the Mobility router though. The documentation I have been able to find is less than helpful and seems to have skipped CM5.2.1 altogether. Any help would be appreciated.
