Very confused here. Installed this system. When I have the users go into the VM to create their greetings, it keeps asking them to change their password. We change it, hit # and there is a long pause and it says "Thanks you for using..... Good Bye", and boots us out.
I tried resetting the The system. Any idea's??

You always have to change the pasword with a new mailbox. was this a know working vm. Did you try just hitting # for the no password option. Just some thoughts.

Thanks for the response. I ended having to hit # a second time for the pw to take. Never had to this before. The system itself is quirky. It did come from another on of our offices. Another strange this is not all of the prompts are working correctly. When you go into VM, you are not told to hit 1 to listen, 7 to save, 9 to delete, etc...
