I'D LIKE TO DO A VERSION UPGRADE TO A VERSION UP TO 7.0.WHERE CAN I ACCESS THE INFO FOR WHAT EACH UPGRADE VERSION CAN DO FOR ME?THANKS! DITZEN

If you have access, each software level CD has the newst features on them.
I dont have one document that lists each software level and their related features, but i do have 7.0 feature list.

Thanks for your response,RCA. I had some issues,which I posted recently,involving latency of voice data when using vender provided LD codes,wherein the diagnosis was that there were early problems with use of the T1C and Version 4.1,meaning an upgrade is the solution. I've seen so many good comments about the versions 4....,that the experienced Inter-Tel Pros had emphasized,causing me to plan an upgrade to only the minimum needed to solve the problem. I am satisfied with my present axxess 4.1 version,except for the problem. Thanks for you response, ditzen

I went back a couple of pages and read your initial problem. At this point ut would need to be troubleshooted at your site.
If i was at your site as a tech i would need to put my laptop on your T1 directly and make test calls to give you any answers, im sure your tech has already done that.
