Hey Guys its the card with 16 mail boxes its got to have something to do with the phone lines cause the system that i took there to test is the system from my office and it works fine here but not there when I installed it there the messages came through just like they did with there system

also i had people call from land lines as well as my cell phone to leave messages same problem

Are you suggesting that there is a problem with the lines that you don't hear when using a phone but causes distortion when the call is recorded? I've never heard of it. You could try loop current regulators on the lines possibly they are too hot. But I really do think you are missing something.
