My experience is not extremely great or valuable. But I work on Lucent, Toshiba, Panasonic, Intertel, Comdial and obviously Vertical. I think if you can't figure something out and you have an avenue for help, that's a good thing. I think a technical staff that is paid to support you is a good thing. I think this forum is a good thing. I think if we try to concentrate on the good things and forgive what we can't control, that is a good thing.

Hello, I apologize if I am in the wrong thread. I have an xcelerator IP system and I am having no luck finding a place to download firmware. Can anyone please help or point me somewhere to get this info. Vertical said to call accessline and accessline said that they would not help me becuase I am not a customer........I have spent days searching the web with no results..any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
