Greetings. We have several IP Phones (model 770.4600) out in the field and one user is experiencing problems. Their phone lost the configuration and now it can't "find" our switch. When we first got the phone, we configured it on the local network, so the phone was able to automatically identify the IP address of the IPC in our switch. How can he manually configure the IP address from his location? I recall a button combination you hold down when you power up the phone, but I don't recall what that combination is or what it let you do... He is 400 miles away, so I'm hoping we can resolve this remotely instead of having him sending the phone back. TIA!
