Hi. I have a client using an SV8100 and UM8000 VM. They have a call tree set up and it works, except with some cellular callers. The system will not "hear" the fist digit. Frequent callers will dial 1 then 3 to get to their party, but the system only gets the 3 and sends the calls to the wrong extension. I have the delays set to 0, so I don't know what other adjustments can be made to the system. Has anyone experienced this and do you have any suggestions?
